About the Event
Neil Ewart and Ali MacQuarrie bring you Church Street Shuffle. This contemporary fiddle and guitar duo of Neil Ewart (Ardnamurchan) and Ali MacQuarrie (Inverness). Beyond the standard reels and jigs Church Street shuffle employ modern production techniques to create a multi faceted live sound that is much bigger than their number. Bass pedals, looping and harmonizers are used to create a fresh and up-to-date take on the classic Highland, fold duo.
