It might not look overly exciting but for us, it is! Our guys from Knoydart Construction and local workers including Bob, Grant & Tony have been battling the weather and the last of the midgies getting lots of things done including many, many hours pecking out rock from behind the extension so we now have a much wider path - this will also make the continuing building works much more manageable.
Work is also progressing on the foundations for the extension and the floor inside the existing hall, with insulation boards now going down.
All going well with materials arriving (and weather dependent) we hope that the concrete pour will happen next week!
We are also hoping to hold a volunteer day some time in October, we will post more info on this when available.
