Today brings with it another huge milestone as we officially announce that contractor work has begun on the hall! Knoydart Construction Co. are our winning tenderer and we are bursting with excitement as we welcome Toby and his team on site.
It all seemed to happen at once... the Spanish John II brought over two full boat loads, and before we knew it the fencing was up, materials were being moved on site and Bob was in with the digger getting the ground cleared ready for foundations.
This project has been 20+ years in the making and it is an amazing feeling to finally see work happening on the ground. We will be updating the blog and our social media pages regularly with photographs so keep an eye out!
THANK YOU once again to everyone who has supported this project, financially or otherwise. We can't wait to see it take shape over the coming months :)
